These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lafisto online store at lafisto.com ("Lafisto" or the "Store") and any purchase you make from us. 1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. Our products are sold for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Products and prices
We make every effort to display products, colours and prices accurately. Prices are shown in your selected currency. For UK and EU customers, prices include VAT where applicable; for US customers, sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order for a full refund.
3. Orders and contract formation
The product presentation on the Store is an invitation to make an offer. By clicking the final "Pay now" / "Buy" button at checkout, you place a binding order. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is concluded when we send your order confirmation or dispatch the goods. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery is 4–5 business days to the United States, United Kingdom and Germany. Free tracked shipping applies to orders over $70 (US), £55 (UK) and €65 (Germany & EU); otherwise shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. 6. Returns and right of withdrawal
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. UK and EU consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Returns & Refunds policy, including the model withdrawal form.
7. Warranties and faulty goods
Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. UK consumers have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; EU consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (at least two years). US consumers have the rights provided by applicable state law.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, under product liability law, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Store, including the Lafisto name, text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Store, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using the Store for unlawful purposes.
11. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Dispute resolution

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution information at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION]. If you are a consumer, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
